  • Do you offer delivery?

    Yes, in the city of Atlanta and surrounding areas we offer free two day delivery. A $25 fee applies to next day delivery and must be placed at least by 12 PM. Most deliveries occur between 12 - 8 PM.

  • Do you offer shipping?

    Yes, we offer shipping at a flat rate of $15 in the Continental US.

  • What services do you rendered?

    As a boutique event management company we simply aim to optimize any celebration from professional events to individual birthday parties. We want to elevate your event by removing the levels of stress.

  • How do you optimize celebrations?

    1. We access the needs of the request (e.g., birthday party, wedding planning, vendor research and management, wardrobe styling, event entertainment and catering).

    2. We provide recommendations based on requirements, budget, dates etc and will manage your event.

    3. We’ll help manage or even locate vendors based on your preferences (e.g., cater, photographer, bartender, photo booth etc).

    4. We’ll assist you in designing your event and potentially saving you funding by utilizing in-house networks, if you prefer.

    5. We can customize destination packages for events or group travel.

    6. We help to locate the ideal wardrobe for your event.

    7. We can help you customize and deliver the perfect gift for any occasion.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    All sales are final except in the case of company error or unless otherwise stated on the product or service. Please review the proposal or contract for events as some deposits are refundable within a designated time.

    As flowers and balloons are perishable items, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

    All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during shipping. If the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available. As a small business we appreciate our customers patience and support of all policies.

  • Can you contact the recipient before delivery?

    We honor the “Surprise Factor.”

    To maintain the element of surprise, we do not call ahead to validate location of a recipient unless explicitly requested by the sender. This is to avoid spoiling surprises and maintaining the intended impact.

    If you require a timed delivery, please contact us directly to make the necessary arrangements. Timed deliveries are subject to availability and additional charges.
